Technician. Alex, is a genius…. So glad he was available to repair a severed bundle of wires, which fixed my ice maker. Give him a raise!!!!!!

Workmen were great--friendly and efficient. My only complaint is that I wasn't told that the pump would be a separate unit from the mini-split. I would have liked to have known what to expect and if there was another option.
