I had my car to be repaired at New Bedford Mitsubishi. ****** was amazing. Car is perfect.
Less than stellar business practices in the service department. Had several issues with a used car I purchased from them. After having two costly issues fixed back-to-back, only to get the car back and another issued occur less than a week later, I brought it to my own mechanic to take a look at it. I purchased a vehicle and made a referral to a family member who also purchased an automobile. The business offered a $100 gift for referral but but manager (Lynn) sent check to wrong customer. Manager was very unprofessional and belligerent about reissuing the check to us. We will never purchase nor refer anyone else to this business
