No communication correspondence due to open recall on my vehicle. I wouldn't do buisness with a company that takes the chance of injury to others because they don't want to do the job. Stay away.
Unfortunately my second experience with this service department was nowhere near as good as my first. No communication at all i had to call to get updates. No one seemed to know what was replaced until I picked it up but it was warranty so apparently it doesnt matter. The part they replaced is currently leaking coolant and after leaving 4 messages I still have not gotten contacted back. Too bad this is my closest dealer. Got 2 stars instead of one because my first experience was great
