I reached out around noon from Tennessee and by 430 I had a new vehicle. Mark and Tyler were wonderful to work with. Madonna made signing a breeze. They made our purchase completely stress free! Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you all again.
Mike Guidry was my salesman and i am so appreciative of his attentiveness and honesty he presented during the shopping process. I told him all of my interests in a new vehicle and he put me in the perfect one and was very informative during the test drive. When I decided to purchase, he talked through each step thoroughly and helped as much as possible! He advocates for his customers and has even been available to reach after purchase for follow up questions !!!
I don't have anything good to say about Barnes Crossing Mitsubishi! They don't want to help their customers resolve the problem! Until I get my problem resolved I will not recommend them to anyone! Poor customer service. I never give bad reviews but this dealership definitely deserves it! Very unhappy customer!
