I always book through best western app and this was by far the worst experience. The facility, overall, was dirty and run down. NOTE: It is definitely NOT handicap accessible. We had to carry our sleeping daughter up the steps in her stroller because there are no elevators or ramps at the entrance of the building. But if you can get inside the building they have an elevator. Our room had no a/c but this is common in the Bay area. Its advertised as having parking available. Dont believe that! Disappointing family stay – Great location, but terrible comfort and safety issues ​I stayed here for 4 nights with my family, and unfortunately, it was a very stressful experience. ​The Bad: ​Awful sleep quality: The first room had an incredibly uncomfortable, worn-out mattress. The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear everything. 良い点： ・コスパと場所がとても良い。サンフランシスコで連泊して満喫したい人にお勧め！ ・歩いて5分くらいのところにTrader Joe'sがあるので、節約旅には助かる。 ・隣にコインランドリーがある。現金とカードとどちらも対応可 ・すぐ近くにスポーツバーもあるので，安心して呑みに行ける。スタッフも親切だった。 今一つな点： ・設備は古い。風呂の栓が緩くてお湯がたまらない。 ・スタッフに愛想がない。 ・土曜日の夜は，宿泊客が騒いでいてうるさかった。 ・Wi-Fiのスピードが遅い。

The location is good and it’s affordable. There was no water in the room, lobby or shared areas. I called front desk at different times and didn’t a get response. Doesn’t have any sharing places or special features. The rooms are clean
