Everything about the place is great except they don’t offer a place for the drivers to use the restroom. That isn’t right.

Arrived at 07:40. They start shipping at 0800. They said it would be 30-45min before they could get to me. 1hr later they come out at told me the were loading another truck that just recently arrived. 20min later they backed me in. Loaded my trailer aggressively. Bent the rubrail on the trailer. Then hector had an attitude when they brought out the paperwork. "I don't have a problem" or maybe I do.
