Luis was awesome, I had brought in my newly built pc that was unable to power on. Not only did he find what part was faulty, but also found something that was causing a short. These were issues I would have never been able to figure out without their help!

I like to support local businesses and we have been with Mitec for years, but the internet service is getting spottier and spottier. We frequently lose the internet—sometimes multiple times a day. On the positive side, if you call and report an issue someone always calls you back, so I like the customer service, but the unreliable internet is really a problem.
