I like to support local businesses and we have been with Mitec for years, but the internet service is getting spottier and spottier. We frequently lose the internet—sometimes multiple times a day. On the positive side, if you call and report an issue someone always calls you back, so I like the customer service, but the unreliable internet is really a problem.
The owners and tech guys here know what they're doing. It's a relatively small operation. But, they're trusted by everyone from a ton of locals to the X Games. It's fixed wireless more than reliable and strong enough for your needs, and with the best customer support around!!
Best internet service provider ever
We have taken two computers to Mitec for help, they both needed it badly! They were able to correct any problems and did the work in a professional manner. We got phone calls from them with updates and they always told us exactly what they were doing for the systems. They were so helpful, our computers are running great now and we have been telling everyone to use Mitec Solutions if or when they should have any computer problems!
