These guys walk on water! In particular, Luis is a rock star. After the "Genius" desk at Apple accidentally erased all of my 24,000+ documents on my MacBook Air -- oops! -- I consulted with 3 senior Apple technicians to recover them. (Fyi, I thought I had backed up the files on an external hard drive, but a software bug prevented them from fully being saved.). None of the Apple techs had a fix. Luis was awesome, I had brought in my newly built pc that was unable to power on. Not only did he find what part was faulty, but also found something that was causing a short. These were issues I would have never been able to figure out without their help!
