Bill came out to eliminate some pests in my car and was a pleasure to work with. He was so flexible with his timing to fit me into his schedule at a time that worked best for us. This was a one-time job but we ended up arranging routine pest control maintenance with him, in large part due to his excellent and personable approach to customer service. Highly recommended and look forward to working them on an ongoing basis.
