I had an awesome "Challenge" this morning at Mitch's Gym with the RIP-FIT class! Official classes begin next week. Can't wait!
My favorite gym of all the gyms I have ever joined. Fantastic trainers, friendly staff, plenty of equipment and engaging classes. The new RipFit program is a great addition.
My daughter and I had our 10th Zumba class today and our regular workout! It was phenomenal ! Great place to be!
