The best cookies!!! Caramel stuffed chocolate chip? Whaaaaaaaaaaaat???? And then throw some ice cream on top of it...wow. So many I want to try. Very nice people too. We will definitely be back. Soon!

I stopped at Mitch's today after seeing them on a related Facebook page. I have two regrets, that I didn't have whole milk in the house instead of 2%, and that I didn't buy more flavors that they had freshly baked today. Will I come back to this cookie shop? Oh, yeah I will!!!! Cookies were the bomb!

The chocolate chip cookie couldn't have been better. Moist and dense with a wonderful balance of dough to chip ratio. I cannot think of a single thing I would change about this cookie.
