Omg where do I begin. I started having problems with my wisdom tooth in August. Went to the dentist and received a recommendation to this practice in September. I didn’t know about this location because the northern pkwy was on my referral. Didn’t have any appointments until October. Well me being pregnant and almost due was not going to make it until October. My experience was similar to others - had 1:30 appointment. Left work to ensure that I was early. Was asked about referral form and x-rays from dentist - this is something that could be addressed prior to the appointment. Waited and then was put in a room - waited longer. Asked when I would be seen almost an hour in and was told they were running behind. I understand running behind but what I don't understand is making the patient aware.
