LIARS!!! well I got burned by them twice. the first time I took my pick up to get a tire patched, they didn't take the center hub off before putting it on the machine and broke the center cap then put it in the back of my truck. when I noticed it i called spoke to the manager and was told that it was broke when I brought it in. basically called me a liar. the second time. I took my car that I'd just bought to Mitchem for my vehicle inspection. They passed my car for inspection except for one tire on the front so I had them replace both tires. Two weeks later I notice they had put the tires on backwards though it clearly states right on the tire the direction it should go. I took the car back they put the tires on right and insisted this would not affect the wear or tread at all. LOL What a lie!
