I was very pleased with my experience at Mitchell's. They had a great selection of boots that were priced fair. The woman who waited on me was friendly and patient. I came for a pair of boots and left with a gorgeous pair and also a belt. I will definitely be going back soon!
My son wanted a pair of cowboy boots for his birthday. The staff was very friendly and patient. He kept trying on boot after boot and even going back to boots he tried on. The staff said take your time we want to make sure they fit correctly. Thank you so much he is extremely happy. Love your store and we definitely will be back.
My fiance and I came in today for the first time and bought boots and hats for our upcoming wedding. We loved it! The staff was super friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome! We will be coming back!
I love Mitchell's western store! I have been shopping here sense I was very little (5yrs old!) Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. And the wish list is great for non-horsey family to be able to shop for you! I wouldn't buy my boots anywhere else!
