I came in earlier today to buy a hat and I was welcomed and treated like family, the women working here are so friendly and nice, they definitely have my further business
We drove from Oswego to check out the store and were greeted with smiling faces. The ladies went above and beyond to put a smile on my son who is 3 and was being a bit shy. We even got to meet Dolly which was a wonderful treat!!! My husband walked out with exactly what he was looking for and we enjoyed every single minute of being here! Thank you ladies! 😊
When we walked into Mitchell's, instantly we were greeted and treated like family... my daughters were embraced as if they were related and they even had toys to play with while we shopped for the perfect pair of boots... which I found with the help of the amazing lady that assisted me... didn't even catch her name... but I just just have to say thank you... and Merry Christmas!!!

We are fairly new to the area and just found out about Mitchell’s. We were welcomed at the door everyone was very helpful and friendly. Went in just to check it out and walked out with a new pair of boots that I love! Will definitely be coming back 🙂
