Horrible service. Wanted to give zero stars but yp would't allow it. Idk why she has business hours listed, because she's never there when she says she will be. Tells you to drop off documents and pick everything up when she's done. SIX WEEKS LATER, she calls to ask tax questions. Another week goes by, your taxes STILL aren't done!! She will back-burner your return for "business clients" and ppl getting huge refunds.
