Tech was very knowledgeable and the prices were very good Job turned out excellent
Select Home Warranty sent him he would not show up for appointments and may not have material to work on broken copper pipes. Took $75 from me with the work never done,
Rodney W Mitchell came to look at ac , talked about fixing didn't hear from him for 2 days . It was 94 . Would NOT recamend
I have tried to contact them since June 4, they will not return my calls. I have a home warranty and they use this company. I have been 5 weeks leaving messages. I hope they actually call other people, because they have not me.
They came out last week. Spent a few minutes examining the unit and told me the issue was because it was frozen. The issue had be going before it had a chance to freeze so I knew it wasnt only that. I was told by the technician that came out that he would be back first thing the next morning to clean the unit like we had discussed. He never called nor showed back up. Now it has been almost a week and I have not gotten back ahold of the company to come finish what was started.
