Very friendly office staff
The property manager was very kind and helpful. Mrs. Valerie had the laundry room cleaned before we installed their brand new washers and dryers.
Bit of a roach problem, but they've been tidying things up slowly around here. Keep in mind, these are older apartments.
Roaches and mold in every unit, AC is old and failing, leaks in the roof, mailbox locks are damaged... And maintenance is absolutely useless. I'm surprised they're even still running. Avoid like the plague!
