Best of all, it's affordable—making it a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and value.
Horrible roach problem. Upon moving in, there were roaches painted into cabinets, stink/dirty carpets, 2 unoccupied apartments that required a hazmat team to clean them out, and more. The breezeway was filthy and stink. Roaches everywhere. Staff is nice for a little while until they realize they can’t get over on you. Money hungry. Kept putting incorrect payments on my final statement trying to get over. I have 3 different final statements with different amounts. Severe roach problem. Staff is very kind to us, but there has been no real effort to get rid of the foul creatures aside from lazily spraying pesticides every month that clearly don't work.
