Jacob was fantastic!!! Great value to your company. However your policy sucks, I only used my air conditioner for 2 months last summer and I had a power surge yesterday (yall replaced my electrical too) and then tried to charge me for it. Remind you I paid $8k+ to replace my ac and furnace. Definitely wouldn’t recommend yall but I’d recommend Jacob any day!!!
