Jordan came out to deal with our furnace that decided to go on strike Friday afternoon. He was professional, courteous, and a calming presence. He looked the furnace over, tested the electrical portion, watched it cycle through. He listened to our concerns & needs, and recommended a replacement that works for our needs, We're getting a new furnace system installed on our time line.
Very professional and went over pricing prior to job. This was the right thing to do. The young man explained the problem with the pervious quotes.

Justus did a great job, was very respectful and explained a lot about potential problems. I also overheard him on the phone with a dispatcher who asked him to handle another issue and he actually was very kind and eager to take the next call even on a Saturday evening
