I actually didn't get charged anything for the service call and feel that this is a type of company that I could do business with in the future which I've already set up an appointment for future work with my heater AC unit and my water tank without a question they will be the people I go to
Marcus was very professional in the way he asked me about the problem we were having with our furnace. And explain that it was important to get our annual tuneups.
We had an urgent issue with our newly installed furnace and Mitchell’s was prompt in sending a serviceman to deal with the problem. The serviceman was knowledgeable, efficient and professional.
The representative was very informative and very nice. Did an excellent job and would recommend in a heart beat.
Arrived on time and explained how the furnace was working. Pleasant and courteous. He wore a mask without being asked.
