Mitchell’s Mechanical completely replaced my HVAC system about two years ago. On August 27, 2026, I discovered ceiling water damage caused by a leaking HVAC condensate/overflow drain line. The PVC drain-line joints were found to have been pushed together without being properly glued. An independent repair contractor documented that the overflow drain lines were not properly glued and that the failed joints caused the ceiling damage.
