Mitchell and Lisa were so incredibly helpful with my engagement ring! They walked me through all the options and considerations, and worked very hard to design and craft a custom ring on a quick timeline. They are very knowledgable about every aspect of fine jewelry. My fiancée loves the ring! Mitchell and Lisa were flexible, responsive, prompt, and supportive of the choices we made for the ring. I 100% recommend going to them for custom jewelry!

Brought my father's ring in to have it custom fitted to my finger. Staff was super friendly and they said they would make my father's ring look like new, and boy did they deliver. Fantastic price and high quality service. Ring looks spectacular. Very much recommend them for your jewelry needs.

I hesitantly contacted Mitchell's about an odd project - turning my dogs broken tooth into a custom pendant - not knowing how they might respond. They were absolutely willing to turn this tooth into a permanent (and gorgeous) keepsake that I can have forever. Their entire team were so completely friendly and helpful and willing - the entire experience was as positive and memorable as I could have hoped. And the pendant they crafted - spectacular.
