I was VERY disappointed. My scallops were way over cooked. Our waitress asked if I would like a refill on my drink and I responded yes but over 20 minutes later I had to ask for it. The waitress didn't apologize, she made up an excuse. Then I received something different than what I had been drinking. I have been to Mitchell's Fish Market in Columbus, OH and Newport,KY and had great food and a great experience at both locations. I will NEVER go to this Cleveland location again.
Enjoyed the Sam Adam's Fish & Chips for lunch, everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. The wait staff was delightful, one waiter was exceptionally entertaining and cheerful. He was not my waiter, so I don't know his name, but we were there on 4/25. He should be commended for providing a cheerful atmosphere.
