Went into the restaurant for lunch. Promptly seated and approached by the waitress for my drink order (Ice Tea). Ordered an appetizer of oysters on the half shell waitress promptly returned with elevated stand for the oysters and bucket for shells. Oysters were delicious and sweet. Ordered the "Big Fish " sandwich which was also tasty. You could actually taste the fish not over powered by the batter. Excellent. Will be returning next week with friends for lunch.
Our food was excellent and our server was knowledgeable about the menu. It was a great way to celebrate our son’s graduation.
Pecan crusted trout, looked like salmon and was suppose to be flavored with a Maple butter cream sauce. Was over cooked with no flavor. Same opinion from two different diners with same entree. Beans were severely undercooked with major stems throughout.
I WAS IN LOUISVILLE KY WE WENT TO THE MITCHELL'S FISH MARKET FOR LUNCH,TALKING ABOUT REAL GOOD YESS IT WAS AND WAITER CHRIS WAS OFF THE CHAIN NICE BEST I EVER HAD,HE WAS KIND FRIENDLY VERY POLITE AND WHAT EVER YOU WANT TO SAY NICE ABOUT HIM HE WAS ALL OF THAT AND MORE,WILL I GO AGAIN YOU BET I WOULD.
The food was delicious and my server was on point. This was a celebration dinner and Mitchell’s did not disapoint.
