First time yesterday and it was awesome! Everyone was so polite and we got seated extremely fast. Not even 5mins in and the place was packed! Server was Mike and he was so amazing. Extremely polite and really informative. Food was super delicious and packed with so much flavor that you had to do the happy dance! Definitely coming back ☺️
Lobster tail was phenomenal. Chelsea was on her a game. I believe I left her $12 tip.
Visited Livonia location a couple days ago for a 75th birthday party. Service sucked. Wait staff was cold, unapproachable and appeared inexperienced in serving a large crowd. The food was blatantly inconsistent in portion sizes and taste. My first and last visit.
Our servers were polite but also had a large party in the back room so when the Dinners were delivered it took too much time checking back with us - to send the ribeye back that was cold in the center and rare when it was ordered medium. So the man paying the bill left hungry as we had to wrap it up to cook at home. Also the (vet)medical videos were quite graphic with fleas and ticks in ear canals etc. Not the birthday celebration I was hoping for.
Mitchell’s is one of my fave restaurants!! The wait staff is always so pleasant, the food is always so delicious, and the drinks never disappoint! My family and I will definitely be back real soon!
Food was delicious and the waiter was attentive and we loved all his suggestions.
Went there last night for dinner with my neighbor and the food was phenomenal and our waitress Megan was fabulous. We both had grilled Chilean sea bass which she had never had before and we both loved it.
