I had a great experience with this company and Jadan, specifically. I felt respected and understood. Jadan gave me options and recommendations after patiently listening to what I needed. My interaction with him felt very genuine and that was the first time I’ve felt this working with an insurance broker. I highly recommend this company and ask for Jadan!

Hung up on twice now. Any review over 2 stars has to be fake. I'll never get that 30 minutes of my life back. Don't even bother calling them
When you get your claim make sure you dont just accept what they tell you, this company will low ball you everytime.
Called Mitch Insurance Brokers to inquire for an auto quote. Krystah Barr was my contact at Mitch. She was hard to get a hold of and did not reply to my voice mails. Ironically, for that duration of time I kept getting automated follow-up emails from her. When we did connect she was not interested in talking to me. I felt like she was trying to get off the phone as quickly as possible. I will not give my business to Mitch Insurance Brokers.
