Jeanette was excellent at providing competitive quotes and explaining the difference between insurance options from different companies. She was personable, easy to understand and helpful. She also followed up on a timely basis and acknowledged documents that were forwarded to her.
May was incredibly helpful, friendly, and thorough from beginning to end when updating my policy. She took the time to clearly explain everything and made sure I understood all my options. She was quick to respond and made the whole process quite smooth.
The worst experience I have ever had. I have been with Mitch insurance for about 2-3 years. There expensive and the customer service is bad. I will never uses this broker again. I can't even believe that I have to give them a 1 star bening. I have found a new borker and got a quote with the same insurance company economical for $200 dollars cheaper and not only that with my 3 nonpayment he was still able to find me insurance for monthly payments I'm really am happy that I have found this new insurance broker he really went o... read more
