It's an amazing historic building with loads of character. Inspiring space for artists, dog friendly and has underground parking. In Milwaukee the rent would be astronomical, Chicago would be (starting) around $5,000 a month, so in that aspect it's amazing. Yeah, improvements can always be made- and are. In any big building you are going to have some tenants who don't care but it's beautiful. Loft living right here in downtown Racine.
