Great experience with sales staff and finance person Josh. Got an excellent vehicle and the whole process was easy to do. Even when the registration process was more complicated given out of state their runner made it easy and dropped off the plates and registration at our home. Highly recommend this dealership.

Worst experience ever , by far. Waiting for outcome before I write a detailed review. I’ve asked multiple times for management to contact me. I don’t mean the snarky sales manager who is completely inept. Look for updated review. Please take my advice they are dishonest and underhanded at business practices. They tried to sneak in a $2300 maintenance plan and a clear coat of $995 had I not read the fine print when I got home. Volvo had to intervene. My wife and I were looking for a new Volvo for her to drive. And we heard good things about Mitchell Volvo in Simsbury CT. The sales staff was very helpful and attentive.
