Kyle is an amazing sales rep and made the car buying experience easy and stress free! Not once was I pressured to look at something I didn’t want just for a bigger sale. I was asked what features I wanted included and what my budget was and we stuck to it pretty good. If he didn’t have an answer to a question he made sure he got the correct information before answering me which I very much appreciated. I learned a lesson. I have a 2007 beetle that is somewhat of a basket case. They were very nice, the service manager was very helpful, and understood what I was trying to do. They charged me less than I was originally quoted, which I thought was unusual. I will definitely use them again when required.
Great car buying experience working with Brendan and Jeremy, with no pressure and a very straightforward transaction with no surprises on car pickup day. I highly recommend Mitchell VW!

I took my beetle in with a concern about the breaks. I specifically said their was no noise but that the breaks were not stopping the car. They charged me over 500 for the “problem” I had. They also did an”safety check” which cost me several hundred dollars to fix a problem that I didn’t even know I had (and that the other dealer didn’t see?). Less than a week later there was a total failure of the breaks. Very unhappy.
Very professional and courteous. Quick response on all inquiries and requests. Fair pricing. Car was delivered beautifully detailed and with full tank of gas. I am very happy with my car purchasing experience with Mitchell VW.
Excellent Experience at Mitchell Volkswagen! Super clean used Passat with great salespeople!! Would highly recommend this dealership! They even drove to the Massachusetts border to deliver my daughter’s car!!

My only complaint is that EVERYONE in your dealership should be wearing masks. I mean wearing them. Not holding them in their hands, not wearing them below their nose and certainly not walking into the service area with no mask on! This virus is not a joke. It does not discriminate with age. Please follow the guidelines.
