Of all of the contractors I've had at the house to work on things, Brad Mitchell has been the by far the best in several categories. Availability, quality of work, advice, even a good sense of humor. He installed and services my furnace and does a great job every time. He's quick to respond when there's trouble, and works hard until the job is done.
Brad Mitchell showed up 10 minutes early for his appointment and was true to his word on the estimate provided for our York central air conditioning unit. The best part about having Brad do the install was how he walked us through how to use the digital thermostat and cleaned up everything spic and span before he left. Brad also services our heater each winter and spring, which is a good thing because the HVAC installer didn't set up the humidifier attached to the heater correctly.
