I loved renting from the Mitchell’s. They are very kind and considerate folks. Never once were they out of pocket or rude to me. They were kind to my children and diligent about repairs/issues with the unit. I would rent from them again, and highly recommend them. It’s one thing to rent for cheap and be bothered/hounded constantly, and another to rent at a fair price and have all the privacy, respect and space you need. 6 stars from me!!!

The folks at the front office and maintenance (Kris and Kirby) are nice. The apartment and its building are a bit run down -- carpet that was ripped upon moving in, the outside stairwell was unstable (to the point of being worrying) for most of my time in one of the apartments. But they are affordable, so most of these things could be forgiven. However, things went particularly south with regards to moving out. I’d be weary to live here if I were you. The facilities are less than up-to-standard. I was told when I moved in (aug 2019) that the lowest unit would be converted to a communal laundry room - never happened. For the most part, The Mitchell’s have been kind to me. I’ve paid my rent 6 months in advance for the over a year and a half that I’ve lived here & I have been a clean and respectful tenant.
