I bought a house in 2023 from Michchell realty ( Christopher Todd Stephens) that supposedly passed inspections.. the foundation had damage we knew. But no one told us how bad. And is slowly collapsing and I have had professional foundation specialists come out to give me quotes for repairs but everyone has turned me down and said the only option is have a general contractor rebuild.
