Larry provides excellent customer service! I called today to look for a gasket but hung up before he answered. 15 seconds later my phone rang and Larry was calling to answer the call he missed. Nobody does that anymore! Larry listened, then went and found the exact part I needed. I'd already tried to find this part everywhere within 200 miles. Larry was my last calll this time, but he will be my first call from now on. Thanks Larry!
