Technicians are rude obnoxious and are intolerable do not let them on your property
The water meter on our commercial office building was showing a huge increase in usage. We had no obvious leaks, toilets and sinks were all working properly. Mitchell’s team was able to locate the leak in a basement drain. Kudos to these guys for going above and beyond to solve the problem! Much appreciated!!!
Called on Nov 1 to have someone visit to check out our sewage line backup, rendering any plumbing in the house unusable. Was told by the operator that they will try to send someone the next day, but if not, then certainly on Nov 3 - they take down my name, address, phone number, going over the details at least thrice. Nov 2 goes, Nov 3 comes and I call them late in the morning to confirm, only to find out there's NO record of my call/booking at all!
