Receiving guy is rude answered the door with an attitude as if I interrupted his leisure time if you dont like your job stay home
If you get loaded here and you get the roller racks, either strap it yourself or go and check their work cause they don't know what they're doing, they'll leave the racks loose and strapped so loose you'll think a 5 yr old girl did it, and when the racks move around and bust through the straps and roll back into the plastic totes and break parts etc they'll blame you because they don't know what they're doing and refuse to listen to anyone. So drivers beware.
I've been here several times and the shipping docks are super easy to get into. The shipping docks are on the east side of the plant with its own entrance off of PPG Way. Plenty of room to maneuver and they get you in and out pretty quick. They do allow overnight parking and they don't hassle you about using the bathroom.
