This "doctor" is incompetent, negligent, ruthless, ignorant, rude. He hates his patients and does them harm. He has no moral right to practice medicine. I am a very disappointed and unhappy patient.
Dr. Petusevsky was my doctor for five years. I went on Obamacare with a BCBSFL HMO at 1,200.00 per month. On 4/2/17, I gave them my new insurance card. I told them this HMO does not require specialist referral/auth. They refused to call them to check for the need for a referral/auth. I called BCBS FL myself, confirmed not referral/auth is required, and handed the phone to the intake staff. By that time, the wait time had been 30 minutes and the staff insisted I reschedule. TIME FOR A NEW DOC!
