Could care less about customer service. Wonderful experience with Allstates since 1984 - MITCHELL took over, came out and drilled into soil to place their treatment and cut our Verizon line. We were not only inconvenienced by lack of internet service but without "911" access - that is not good as we are in our 80's and have had to access that in the past. Phone calls to the office only resulted in no concern. The person with authority to do anything was not available the two days I called. JUST NO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMERS... read more
