I've been with Mitchell Pest for few years. In general, they've been responsive, unfortunately they were not doing a good job last year. As a result, we've had to live with bugs inside the house since last fall until recently. This year instead, for the second and the third service for mosquitos I've got overcharged. Talking to customer representative, Mitchell, he told me that the price increased but I wasn't notified. However, because I've been with them for a while he offered to keep the older price.
Awful. Do not use this company. Promised a service on the phone and didn’t deliver, talked to them today, promised the same and didn’t deliver. I wanted to believe in them, but awful. I wanted to give “0” stars but review wouldn’t let me.
