This was our first experience with Mitchell. We contacted them based on a recommendation from our neighbor and after talking to Christy, I expected a fairly comprehensive level of service on our first visit. Well, the original technician, Bubba, was detained so after a message saying he would show up 3-5 PM, or maybe 2 PM, Derek arrived about 1:30.
