Mitchel Pellerin wasn't my agent, but he represented the buyers who made an offer on my house. Unfortunately, their offer was absolutely ridiculous, 50K below asking, and they demanded the roof be replaced by insurance, something we couldn't guarantee. We declined the offer. They returned with a revised offer, removing contingencies but extending the inspection period to 14 days, hoping to increase the chances of hearing back from the insurance company regarding the roof. Mitchell was so patient and helpful every step along the way. He made the process SO easy and enjoyable, and made our move seamless. He worked with us to show us homes from out of state, and did so much research to help us decide on a home. He also knew all the right people to call for lending, inspections, etc. We love Mitchell, and our new home!

Mr. Mitchell was extremely helpful and kind during the process of renting my first apartment. He took time to answer all of my questions before, and even well after, I moved into the apartment. Always quick to respond and thorough. I highly recommend Mitchell as a realtor!
