Dr. Oetken did my total left hip replacement surgery and I couldn’t be more pleased! Excellent surgeon, very professional and thorough. Highly recommend him!

Dr Oetken is the best orthopedist in Lancaster SC. He did my bilateral anterior hip replacements two weeks apart June/July 2024. I spent one night post op on med surg with each surgery. Pain well controlled with prn and scheduled meds he ordered. He and his staff are friendly and always took time to answer my questions. I'm a nurse at MUSC Lancaster and I have witnessed excellent outcomes with my patients who have had surgeries with Dr. Oetken.
