Avoid buying from this company. Completely unresponsive customer service and refusal to refund money even after they approve the return. Details of complaint filed with the BBB below. Purchase made on 12/18. Product delivered on 12/22. Wrong size. Email sent to Mitchell and Ness customer service to receive return merchandise authorization on 12/22. No response. I wish i could give this company negative stars. My boyfriend ordered and item from this company and they delivered it to the wrong address. We live in NJ and the item was delivered to MS. A UPS lost package claim was opened however they are stating it was sent to the correct address this company provided them. So because UPS wont fix their mistake they will not refund my boyfriends money for an item he never received.

Placed an order online. Ended up getting a tracking number 3 days after they took my money, only because I reached out. Shipped in a timely matter, BUT the the wrong address. I had to find out from UPS that the shipper input the wrong address on the label. I had to tell the representative all this because they had no idea. Rather than sending me my new order, they had to retrieve the originally shipped items.
