Talk about taking the baton. Handled both of my home purchases and a home improvement refi. He took care of EVERYTHING. A few calls, few emails and e-doc signings and I was taken care of. Consistently procured lower interest rate vs big/on line lenders I checked against (services which took more time than Mike I might add). If you want a full service experience I highly reccomend!
