I won’t be returning. The new service team seems more focused on upselling than genuine service. A simple oil change, tire rotation, and inspection turned into over $3,100 of recommended work. Only after declining everything were we told the vehicle failed inspection due to brakes. Attempts to discuss the situation were met with conflicting information, unhelpful responses, and interruptions. James (owner) at Mitchell Mill Motors was a pleasure to work with and a man of integrity and honesty. The best car purchase experience I have ever had bar none. The car itself (2013 with only 62K) was like new and they did a great job of detailing. I highly recommend this dealer.

Mitchell Mill Motors is a place where the customer is always valued and placed first. Today, I was greeted by a very friendly young lady (Brittany) who checked me in and had my vehicle immediately delivered to the service area. The technician was professional and completed my service quickly and took the time to speak with me about my vehicle after the work was completed. You won’t find a better place for all of your vehicle needs.
Mitchell Mill has been my go to auto care choice since moving to the area 2 years ago. Ryan and the rest of the staff have always been very friendly with me and helped me with a number of situations , including coming to my house multiple times to tow cars . I’ve also sold them a car , which was a very easy and pleasant experience. I have an appointment this week for an oil Change and will be setting up another appointment with them soon for a lift and tires on my truck . Highly recommend for any car needs. Liam
