Heat went out so we submitted a request for service through their website around midnight. The office acknowledged my request at 8:30 AM. The technician called at 10:00 AM to let us know they were on the way. They were on-site by 11:00 AM. They quickly corrected the issue which was caused by a small mistake from their last preventative maintenance visit a few months prior.
