We are so incredibly grateful for the care we have received from Dr Elmekkawi and staff.
Receptionist is absolutely unprofessional! I’ve been trying to get her to fax prescription to shoppers drug mart for 2 days and tells me she’s been calling them( shoppers) numerous times with no answer. Hmmmm. Weird so I suggested I’d go over and have them call her and she said NO.I’ll keep trying. ( Yeah right) I know she’s doing it because the first time I meet her she gave me complete attitude and kept going on that dr wasn’t going to see my son who was just out of NICU as we were a tiny bit late. Receptionist rebooked our appointment without confirming with us. I have received messages on my phone for other people and I call the business back to let them know. In this case she obviously did not call, did not leave a message or did not leave a message at our correct number via misdialing because they were able to originally book/confirm the appointment at my cell.
