Worst experience ever. After 21 days in their care, my husband was admitted to Froedtert’s MICU for Urinary Sepsis and Ecoli. They put a diaper on the residents so they don’t have to assist them to the bathroom. The only showers he received in 3 weeks were given by me. The place smelled of urine and I brought cleaning supplies to clean his bathroom. The most disturbing was the way meds were administered. This place is unbelievable. My husband went in after the hospital. We were assured he would have everything he needed upon arrival. There was no walker, no wheelchair, not even a urinal. The transportation lady plopped him on the bed and that’s where i found him when I arrived. The staff was rude and very unwelcoming. There was no nebulizer until someone finally found it the next afternoon for a man who needs 4 breathing treatments a day.
