My wife and I had an appointment for a consultation Thursday at 12:30. At 12:45 we heard the receptionist calling Joel and leaving him a message let timing him know "we were waiting and asking what she should tell us." We left at 1:00, 30 minutes after our agreed upon time and he never showed up! It is now Saturday and I have yet to receive a phone call explaining what happened or apologizing for not showing up to our appointment.
Very appreciative and impressed that time was taken from your busy schedule to answer my questions without even visiting your office. Thank you so much again, you been a huge help and have given me a direction to move in!
