RecommendedRick is a great attorney who truly cares about his clients. He is compassionate, understanding and completely upfront with expectations. Also, I love his staff! His paralegal is great and quick to respond with any questions I have. You will not be disappointed!
An absolute nightmare to deal with. NOTHING gets done until you email or call 9,000 times, and then, you get overcharged for those very emails and phone calls. I have never been so frustrated and unsettled. I expected professionalism and some sense of stability or at the very least, to have some of my worry relieved. Instead, I felt nothing but anxiousness and worry, in the midst of something as awful as divorce. I wouldn’t recommend this law firm to my worst enemy. Just the worst experience ever.

I would also caution anyone using this office. Would NOT recommend. You will have to chase down and follow-up with eveything yourself....his office will NOT be pro-active. Slow to respond. Seems as if everything goes to a "black hole"...this includes him and the office staff. Would do No Stars if that was an option.
Rick Mitchell was an outstanding attorney for me as well. He is extremely intelligent and well versed in family law. He was able to handle our extremely difficult and complicated case with the finesse that was required. He definitely cares about his clients and is devoted to getting the job done. Rick Mitchell was an outstanding attorney for me, I couldn't bear the thought of loosing custody of my children. Rick worked his tail off so that my kids and I had a chance to stay together. I feel Rick is an exceptionally bright attorney. I still owe the man money, but getting this guy paid is my top priority, because of the care that he puts into his cases, and his absolute devotion to his clients.
