Terrible. My clients' loan officer didn't know how the process works. Ex: who orders the appraisal, who pays for the appraisal, zero communication, the list goes on. I definitely will never recommend First Choice Loan Services, and will be following up with CostCo... as I'm sure they would like to be affiliated with a Lender who has a good reputation and takes care of their customers.
