Staff had zero clue how my connector plan worked and was still told they didn't take my insurance. Confirmed the details with my insurance provider and was told the office isn't following the correct guidelines. Staff was rude, unfriendly and could care less. The kicker? His nurse transferred me to another Dr. who told me it would take 3 mos to see a NP and then 6 mos to see the MD and then a referral to Dr. Oliver. Newsflash, my plan doesn't require referrals. Then she said "Find another Dr."
Dr Oliver is extremely knowledgeable and takes a very keen interest in his patients. He always goes out of his way to explain things and answer any questions I might have.
