They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
